Photo Release Form
Please complete the Photo Release Form to give permission to have you and/or your child's images posted on Cub Scout Pack 120's website, blog, and social media accounts. If you provide consent and later wish to have a specific image removed, please email us at NorwoodPack120@gmail.com to have the image removed within 24 hours.
Health & Medical Record
Applies to ALL participants in basic Scouting activities such as local tours and weekend camping trips.
The Scouting adventure, camping trips, high-adventure excursions, and having fun are important to everyone in Scouting—and so is your safety and well-being. Completing the Annual Health and Medical Record is the first step in making sure you have a great Scouting experience.
